Found this error on SQL server error log
I search settings on my server and finally found one thing that, the user didn't have access to the sql computer from the network.
Click Start -> Run, type “secpol.msc”, to open the Security Policy tool >> Local Policies >> User Rights Assignment -> Access this computer from the network -> add the user
It fixed this problem, Hope this helps you too.
